PSYCHOSOCIAL RECOVERY COACHING

A Psychosocial recovery coach is someone experienced in mental health spend time with you, and people important to you, they will spend time with you to get to know you and understand your needs they help you to find out about different services and supports, and how these can help you  get support from mental health services. They're also here help you better understand the NDIS and support you. We have a highly experienced qualified Psychosocial recovery coach to assist with your needs.

RESPITE AND SHORT TERM ACCOMODATION

We offer in home respite and also STA accommodation.

Short Term Accommodation, is support for when you need to live out of home for a short period or need a break from home. 

This break can give you:

  • The chance to try new things

  • An opportunity to make new friends or develop new skills

  • May help to maintain your current living situation by giving your informal supports a break.

Short Term Accommodation includes:

  • Your choice of the type of accommodation; B&B, apartment, hotel, Country side, beachside, city, farm stay etc

  • Personal care from your support worker

  • Food

  • Activities you and the provider agree to.

We also offer in-home cleaning services for NDIS, Aged Care and also private domestic and commercial clients also.

Our cleaning team have an eye for detail! We will come out and discuss a plan with you to suit your requirements. We want to help make life a little bit easier and give you more time to do the things you enjoy!

REGULAR CLEANS

Regular general are cleans which are booked for weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

This includes:

Kitchen:

  • Bench tops, Splash backs, Stove tops.

  • Spot clean all cabinets, handles and racks.

  • Wipe down outside of fridge, rangehood and other appliances.

  • Cobweb removal.

  • Clean and dry sinks.

  • Spot clean light switches and knobs.

  • Window sills.

  • Empty rubbish bins.

  • Vacuum and Mop floors.

Bedrooms, Common Areas and Living Rooms:

  • Cob web removal.

  • Dust all surfaces and décor.

  • Spot clean light switches and and door knobs.

  • Fold Blankets, arrange pillows etc.

  • Vacuum and mop.

  • Wipe down window sills.

  • Clean mirrors.

  • Wipe down outside of cabinets.

  • Make beds. (linen change an additional service)

  • General Tidy.

Bathrooms and Ensuites:

  • Remove cobwebs.

  • Clean all Mirrors and Glass.

  • Clean and dry bath and tiles.

  • Clean shower, shower grout, track and glass.

  • Spot clean cabinets, handles and racks.

  • Clean window sills.

  • Clean and dry sinks, counters and soap dishes.

  • Spot clean door knobs and light switches.

  • Clean inside and outside of toilets.

  • Spot clean cupboards.

  • Empty rubbish bins.

  • Vacuum and Mop floors.

DEEP CLEANS AND MOVE IN OR OUT CLEANS

Deep cleans and end of lease cleans can be booked as once off or scheduled every couple of weeks we will come and meet with you and book you in based on your needs.
